I wanted to try to capture the Supermoon with my Kodak EasyShare Z712 IS digital camera.  This camera has been great snapping pics of my daughters across the soccer field, but the moon?  I was up for the Supermoon challenge!  I used the Manual settings I read on MCP to the best of the cameras ability, and after about 300 pics – ended up with a couple that I am glad I was even able to pull off with this camera!  Some I snapped thru the trees look really neat.  The Van Halen stripes especially!
